customer, ("the user") conditional on your acceptance
without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices
identified below. Your use of this Web Site constitutes your
agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Software Available on this Site
Any software that is made available to down load from this
Web Site ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Mills
Travel Ltd., its related companies, and/or their suppliers.
Use of this software is governed by the terms of end user
license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included
with the software ("license agreement"). End users shall not
install or use any software that is accompanied by or
includes license agreement, unless the end user first agrees
to the license agreement terms.
For any software not accompanied by a license agreement, the
following shall constitute the license agreement: Mills
Travel Ltd., its related companies and/or its suppliers
hereby grant to the user a personal, non transferable
license to use the software for viewing and otherwise using
this Web Site in accordance with the terms and conditions
and for no other purpose.

reservation or purchase using this Web Site.

This agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices,
policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this Web
Site, provided however, that in the event of a conflict

the terms of this agreement shall control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is
governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. You
hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of
courts in Alberta Canada, in all disputes arising out of or
relating to the use of this Web Site. Use of this Web Site
is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give
effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions,

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not

limitations set forth above, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a
valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the
intent of the original provision and the remainder of the
agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between "the
user" and Mills Travel Ltd. and its related companies with
respect to this Web Site and it supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether
electronic, oral, or written, between "the user" and Mills
Travel Ltd. with respect to this Web Site. A printed version
of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form
shall be admissible in judicial or administrative
proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the
same extent and subject to the same conditions as other
business documents and records originally generated and
maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted
herein are reserved.

the guidelines Mills Travel will use to protect the

Reservations
and Purchases: When you make a reservation or
on-line purchase with Mills Travel, we will share
information about you and your purchase with the airline,
hotel, car-rental agency or tour supplier you designate. We
will only provide the necessary information to ensure your
travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel
suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit card
information to process your ticket or reservation.
Non-Disclosure Notice: Mills Travel will not
disclose or sell any of your personal information, including
your name, address, credit card number, shopping, or
transaction history to any third party. Please be aware that
our site contains links to other sites and that the privacy
practices of other sites may differ from those of Mills
Travel. You should read the privacy statements of all such
sites, as each site is responsible for its own privacy
practices.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RESERVATIONS & PURCHASES
If this Web Site is used to make reservations and purchases,
you acknowledge and agree as "the user" that it is your
responsibility to read the suppliers rules, specific terms
and disclaimers regarding that reservation or purchase which
will be displayed on the reservation form. At the time the
reservation is made, you will be asked to agree to those
rules. If, after reading the terms and disclaimers, you do

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES LISTED ON THIS WEB SITE ARE FOR
ON-LINE PURCHASES ONLY AND MAY NOT BE MATCHED AT THE OFFICES
OF MILLS TRAVEL LTD., WHEN UTILIZING THE SERVICES OF ONE OF
OUR TRAVEL CONSULTANTS. SIMILARLY, ALL IN-STORE PROMOTIONS
AND SPECIAL PRICING OFFERS MAY NOT BE MATCHED FOR ON-LINE
PURCHASES ON THIS WEB SITE.
ALSO NOTE THAT ALL RESERVATIONS AND PRICES LISTED ON THIS
WEB SITE ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION AND
SUCH CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION
HAS BEEN TICKETED. SHOULD THE CONFIRMED PRICE DIFFER FROM
THE PRICE LISTED ON THIS WEB SITE, MILLS TRAVEL LTD. WILL
NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY OF MAKING THE
PURCHASE. IF YOU RECEIVE SUCH NOTIFICATION, THE SALE WILL BE
AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED UNLESS YOU REPLY BY E-MAIL WITH
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR INTENTION TO MAKE THE PURCHASE AT THE
CONFIRMED PRICE.
Hotel
Reservations
If this site is used to make hotel reservations, a credit
card is required to hold the reservation, and/or guarantee
your room for late arrival, but will not be charged at the
time of the reservation. Some "Special Internet Rates" do
require that the hotel reservation be paid in full at the
time the reservation is made.
Cancellations
All guaranteed reservations will have an advance
cancellation policy. Please read the specific cancellation
policy provided for each property on the site and in any
emails regarding your reservation. If a cancellation is made
in less than the time allowed in the stated cancellation
policy on the site and in the email confirmation you
receive, a full night's stay may be charged to the
cardholder. Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will
apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of
cancellation.
In the event that it is necessary to cancel a hotel
reservation made on-line, you must contact the hotel
directly. It is advisable that you record the date of
cancellation, the cancellation number, and the agent's name
with whom the cancellation was made.
Car
Rental Reservations
If this site is used to make car rental reservations, a
credit card is required to hold the reservation, but will
not be charged at the time the reservation is made. Rules
for car rentals vary from car type to car type and company
to company. Please carefully read the rules provided for on
the reservation form to ensure there is no confusion at the
time you pick-up or drop-off the vehicle.
Air
Only Purchase
When purchasing an airline ticket through
www.millstravel.com, a service fee of $25 (CAD) plus GST per
ticket will be applied to your reservation. This service fee
will appear as a separate charge on the credit card used to
purchase the airline ticket.
Ticket
Purchase and Delivery Options
Once you've completed your on-line purchase, you will
receive an e-mail from Mills Travel Ltd. acknowledging your
purchase. Print this e-mail message as your receipt. On the
next business day following your on-line purchase, you will
receive information regarding when and how to expect your
e-tickets or package documents.
If you purchased an insurance policy, you will receive your
documents through regular mail. A complete booklet and
personalized card will be sent to you. You should keep this
card with you for the duration of your holiday.
For delivery of your documents, five options are available
to you:
E-Tickets (electronic tickets) will be e-mailed
to you along with a copy of your itinerary/receipt

All courier fees/charges will appear as a separate charge
on the credit card that you use to purchase your travel.
Documents purchased in advance will not be issued until 21
days - 14 days prior to your departure date. This is a
standard procedure with our suppliers. Upon receipt of your
tickets/documents in our office, we will forward them to you
by the agreed upon method.
Insurance Protection
For each transaction made by Canadian residents, Ltd. offers
insurance to cover you for anything that could happen prior
to or during your holiday. At the time the reservation is
made, you will be asked if you wish one of our travel
consultants to contact you regarding the purchase of
insurance or if you decline the purchase of insurance. You
acknowledge that Mills Travel Ltd. made this offer in good
faith and that you are fully responsible for your decisions
in regard to insurance (i.e. either not buying any insurance
whatsoever or buying the full insurance package.)
Once you have booked a reservation, you may purchase travel
insurance or increase the coverage of the insurance package
you previously purchased within 24 hours.
In any and all situations which warrant filing an insurance
claim, "the user" is instructed to contact Mills Travel Ltd.
as soon as possible.
For each transaction made by non-Canadian residents, you
must contact a local company to purchase insurance packages.
